Roxanne, who has been dedicated to assisting infertile couples since 1995, founded Baby Miracles in June 1999. Her personal experience as a four-time gestational surrogate, extensive knowledge with respect to third-party assisted reproduction, facilitation of domestic and international surrogacy arrangements, and 17 years experience in the legal field make her uniquely qualified to assist couples in a knowledgable, professional and compassionate manner.

Yvonne is a six-time gestational surrogate who has carried 10 surrogate babies (including 4 sets of twins) and joined Baby Miracles in 2001. She is a tremendous source of knowledge for new and experienced Surrogates alike. She is a friend in time of need and always ready with words of encouragement and support. Yvonne's duties include attending appointments, hospital and home visits, attending deliveries, assisting with monthly support group meetings and activities, regular calls to the Surrogates, or whatever is needed. She is truly one of our angels....

Mary is a wife and mother of two girls. She is an active surrogate herself and, to date, has brought three beautiful surrogate babies into the world, including a set of twins. Mary's warmth and kindness are apparent in all she does to make each of our surrogates feel welcome and special. Her duties include hosting monthly surrogate support group meetings, coordinating special events and activities, calling the surrogates, home or hospital visitations, as well as attending medical appointments and/or deliveries.

Jenna, a graduate of UCSD with a B.S. degree in Psychology, has provided Baby Miracles with top notch administrative assistance on a part-time basis for many years. She assists us in maintaining work flow, account management, database maintenance, criminal background checks, corporate recordkeeping, and accounting.

Pregnancy, birth and newborns have always been passions of mine. Becoming a parent is one of life's most special experiences and helping families adjust during the early days of parenthood is one of my greatest pleasures. I truly love being a doula, which means many things to me: sometimes it's being a teacher, sometimes an extra pair of hands, and sometimes it means just being a good friend. I have extensive experience with preemies and multiples, having had twins myself! Surrogacy has a very special place in my heart as I have had the honor of helping complete three families in this most special way. I very much look forward to meeting you and helping you during this wonderful time.

Nancy is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, specializing in infertility counseling. She has over 15 years experience counseling couples dealing with infertility, as well as assessing egg donors and surrogates. Nancy has had personal experience with infertility, which gives her added insight into the stressful process of infertility.

Mr. Sarro has been an integral part of Baby Miracles since its inception, providing technical support as well as handling bookkeeping and background investigations.
