" Working with Roxanne [Baby Miracles] was an absolutely wonderful experience. Her expertise, knowledge and compassion helped guide us through the surrogacy process. She was always available and eager to answer any questions and did a fantastic job matching us with a wonderful surrogate.
Prior to working with Baby Miracles, my wife and I were with a large agency in Southern California. We cannot express how different our experience was ...we were never just a number. Instead, we were a couple with our own unique infertility story. We have the utmost respect for Baby Miracles in regards to their integrity and professionalism. We would absolutely and without hesitation recommend them to any couple looking for a surrogacy agency."

In light of an increasing number of individuals and agencies engaging in fraud, many couples are hesitant to pursue surrogacy. More than ever, it is prudent to select a well-established, reputable agency (one that has been in business more than 5 years is recommended) and verify that funds deposited to pay your surrogacy-related expenses are safe. Baby Miracles has been in business for 10+ years and, during that time, has required all surrogacy funds be deposited into an escrow account with an independent escrow company that has been in business over 50 years and holds a $5,000,000 verifiable bond to secure our clients' funds.

Upon matching, an escrow account with an independent, bonded escrow company designated by Baby Miracles will be opened. All expenses payable to your Surrogate or on her behalf pursuant to the Surrogacy Contract must be deposited prior to an embryo transfer or insemination. Expenses relating to the Surrogate's medical screening, IVF and fertility specialist fees, and any other charges by your clinic or the monitoring clinic (if applicable) are paid by you directly, with the exception of cycle labs and medications, which are paid out of the Escrow Account if not included in the clinic's cycle fee.
Once your Surrogate is pregnant and released from the care of the fertility clinic, her health insurance policy will be utilized. You will pay any charges not covered by the Surrogate's health insurance through the Escrow Account, such as co-payments and deductibles, as well as health insurance premiums if a policy is procured to cover the Surrogate's pregnancy. The Case Coordinator will monitor these expenses to ensure their timely payment. Any expenses paid directly by the Surrogate (i.e. doctor visit or prescription co-pays) will be reimbursed to her upon presentation of receipts, and will generally be included with her monthly allowance check.
