Dear Prospective Parents,
It is our pleasure to recommend Roxanne Sarro and Baby Miracles to prospective parents, like us, who need assistance in making our dream for a child come true. Working with Roxanne Sarro and her agency Baby Miracles has been the best decision we've made regarding our infertility. Baby Miracles came recommended to us by a well-known fertility clinic here in San Diego. We have had the pleasure of working with Roxanne over the past year and one half and consequently getting to know well her personal style as well as her agency's policies throughout our surrogate experiences.
We love working with Roxanne and honestly couldn't imagine anyone better at her job! We only have wonderful things to say about her and her agency! Roxanne is both a caring professional and also one who is very knowledgeable in her field. She is a perfectionist at her job and goes the extra distance to help those who are interested in her program or who are already involved. She has spent many hours with us answering questions over the phone before we even signed up with her agency and she still takes the extra time to answer questions that arise.
The process of IVF and surrogacy was daunting to us at first but Roxanne helped prepare and guide us in our surrogacy journey through all of her clear, organized and well-informed oral and written communications. She does this in a compassionate and kind manner, as she understands that her intended parents (IP's) have been through many fertility obstacles and losses by the time they pursue surrogacy. We have always felt she was/is genuinely interested in us beyond simply the professional arrangement. I have no doubt this is conveyed to all her clients.
We remember at first feeling a little nervous about surrogacy because of all the negative things you hear in the media including surrogate's not wanting to relinquish babies in the end. We also worried about whether a surrogate would take good enough care of herself throughout a pregnancy for the sake of the baby's health. We now have neither concerns!
Roxanne is very thorough in selecting and screening prospective surrogates for her program both medically and psychologically. She has a great pool of surrogates in her program. Roxanne takes the time to interview and match intended parents with the ideal surrogate for them and vice versa. We are very fond of our surrogate and feel she is a great match for us!
Roxanne also goes above and beyond to facilitate, mediate and keep informed communications between the IP's and surrogates to help provide the best possible experience for both parties. She has demonstrated this time and time again. She has even interfaced with IVF facilities in our behalf!
Baby Miracles has excellent legal, psychological and medical/San Diego fertility clinic resources for both intended parents and surrogates alike. She has a wonderful lawyer referral to Steve Klein, and we would recommend him to IP's in a heartbeat! He has many years of experience in surrogacy law and drawing up fair and easy to understand legal contracts. We thought the legal part of the surrogacy experience would be arduous but it hasn’t been at all! The legal matters have been smooth and trouble-free for us!
Roxanne's agency also provides the use of a professionally led support group for her surrogates and a referral to an online web-site for those IP's who are interested in communicating with other IP's. She also has a surrogate staff member who provides social gatherings for her surrogates and will be adding social events for both surrogates and IP's together in the near future!
Roxanne is medically knowledgeable about pregnancy since she has two children of her own as well as first hand experience with IVF, as she has been a surrogate herself several times! I have seen her in action and she is both a wonderful mother and a dedicated surrogate!
Roxanne is so committed and genuinely interested in both her IP's and equally to her surrogates that for those of us in-town, we are so fortunate to have her attend the egg retrievals and embryo transfers.
Roxanne and her agency Baby Miracles (as well as our personal surrogate) has been and will be worth every penny of her very reasonable administration and surrogate fees!

It was so great to see you too. I can't believe the babies are already 5 months. They are growing so fast and doing wonderfully. Our lives are so full and complete, we feel truly blessed.
I wanted to thank you and your staff a million times over for all the work and support you provided for us before, during and after our surrogacy. Your organization is truly top notch, and if I have the energy, I'd do it again in a heartbeat.
I have received several requests for references for Baby Miracles. Here is what I had to say to those who are interested in surrogacy and namely in working with Baby Miracles:
"We've had a great experience working with Roxanne and Baby Miracles. Roxanne is an extremely competent coordinator and provides a very comprehensive service for both the intended parents as well as the surrogates. My husband and I researched and interviewed several agencies and worked with one agency at length. However, we continued to search for a better agency. Finding Baby Miracles was the best thing that happened. Roxanne not only provided great, professional service, but she also referred us to very competent fertility clinics, legal advisors, and obstetricians. My husband and I still interviewed competitors; however we always fell back on those individuals that Roxanne recommended.
The quality of the candidates she presented to us was very compatible with the individuals that we were seeking. We ended up with an outstanding surrogate whom we absolutely adore, respect and trust implicitly. Much of that I attribute to Roxanne's ability to find the "diamonds in the rough" and the rest I attribute to our ability to find the right person for us. My surrogate may not have been the perfect one for someone else, but she thoroughly met our needs and more.
Roxanne was a joy to work with. She is able to both be completely involved in the surrogacy process, but is also willing to step back and allow the intended parents and their surrogate move forward at their pace and as they desire. She is an absolutely invaluable component of the surrogacy experience and I am so pleased with her responsiveness, intuition and general knowledge of the surrogacy process.
This is not to say that we did not have some unexpected problems arise during our pregnancy. My surrogate got sick and was hospitalized for 4 days during her 2nd trimester. We were so worried about her getting well and the babies health. However, we did not worry about the logistics of all the legal stuff, who does what, when, etc, etc. That was where we relied on Roxanne (and of course, our Contract).
I highly recommend Roxanne and Baby Miracles. I definitely did my research and am happy for all the hours I put in to finding the perfect doctors and agency. Each one of these groups are so important in making this journey the best possible for you.

My experience with Baby Miracles has been wonderful and I cannot say enough good things about Roxanne. I interviewed several agencies and Roxanne, by far, was the most professional and efficient company I dealt with. The fact that Roxanne has been a surrogate herself and her background is in the legal field were a definite advantage. Roxanne does an excellent job of being objective in her efforts to support both the Intended Parents and the Surrogate. She is extremely efficient to deal with, highly organized, and very good with follow up. Her extensive knowledge of the details, including the laws surrounding Surrogacy, are superior. From the beginning, all parties involved were fully informed of all charges and there were certainly no surprises. Roxanne's genuine care and concern were what I considered a bonus in all of this. She always made herself available and even to this day is available if I have any questions and/or concerns. I can honestly say that I can't think of one area of
improvement.
This was one of the biggest decisions I ever made in my life. As we write this letter, our surrogate is 24 weeks pregnant with our twins. As you can imagine, we are thrilled to be at this point in our surrogacy journey. At the same time, we have been down and long and difficult road and we have Baby Miracles and Roxanne Sarro to thank for getting us to this great place.
We first met Roxanne just over a year ago after having worked briefly with another agency. From the start, Roxanne has been absolutely wonderful to work with. She has been a great source of emotional support for us, in addition to being a really organized agent who has made things happen when they needed to happen. At every step in the process Roxanne has been on top of things and has acted as a great guide. Her experience with the emotional, legal, and medical aspects of surrogacy has been invaluable to us.
Roxanne also has a wonderful way of acting as our agent while making sure that our surrogate is really well cared for. It gives us great comfort to know that our surrogate is so well supported, especially as we live far away and need to know that somebody will always be there for her. From driving our surrogate to appointments in a pinch to ensuring that medication protocols are current to handling the emotional rollercoaster of negative and positive tests, Roxanne has been the best.
If you are beginning your surrogacy journey or in the midst of it and changing agents or surrogates, we highly recommend that you work with Baby Miracles. Having worked briefly with another agency and having compared notes with lots of other intended parents, we think the other agencies just don't compare. Hi Roxanne,
I meant to write this long time ago. Now that our baby is on its way, I simply cannot procrastinate any more. Besides, with all your help, things are moving along smoothly, I cannot use "busy" as the excuse any more.
Surrogacy is really quite an experience for us. When we first looked into it, it seemed like finding a surrogate is the biggest hurdle. What else would we need a coordinator for after that?
Looking back, I wonder how we could have done without. It involves so many things: medical, legal, emotional, just to name a few.
Honestly, you have been very resourceful and very helpful every step of the way. While I don't remember every little thing you have helped, I can still easily name several of them.
Our case was initially handled by another coordinator. I felt like ever since I paid, I didn't hear from her any more. Then you called. Things started turning around. You coordinated with the attorneys, helped explain the contract terms, related messages on my behalf in cases when I felt awkward to deal with directly, ensured health and life insurance coverage for the surrogate. The list goes on. Very soon, we started our first cycle.
I thought that was the end of your role, only to find out that's just the beginning. I appreciate your frequent periodic phone and e-mail follow up, and the reminders that come along the way. Our child will be born any time now. Today, I am sitting at ease writing this letter, because we are holding the legal document, all set to show the hospital officials so we can be the legal parents on the child's birth certificate. The number of things you've helped to bring us to this point is countless.
Put it simply, being first time parents through surrogacy, having a coordinator is essential. And you are as good a coordinator as it can be. We sincerely thank you for all your help.

We wanted to take the time to thank you personally for everything you did for us in our journey to become parents. As you know, Summer and I had tried IVF 3 times, we had tried for 10+ years to have children. We were starting to despair.
From the outset, our surrogacy experience with you was a positive one. From when we sat down with you and chatted, to our introduction to Katie, to transferring the embryo, to coordinating legal paperwork and making decisions such as which fertility clinic to use or which hospital to deliver the baby in, your support and experience made the process possible.

Hi,
Firstly, congratulations on attempting to have a baby. It's a huge endeavor. Especially when you're trying to make one in a petri dish. Secondly, do not be concerned with invading my privacy at all. I had such a wonderful experience with the entire process, I now feel that I am part educator to the public.
Regarding Baby Miracles, I cannot recommend them highly enough. We were clueless when we began and had A MILLION questions along the way. Roxanne and her staff were 110%. It's a very complicated process with many parties involved, and I am so glad we had a coordinator. We even had some challenges with our surrogate, and these were all smoothed out with the
help of Roxanne. Regarding conception, it took us three times (transfers) before it worked. And I
think the answer to who they treated as a priority, is both intended parents AND surrogates. They treated the match as priority.

Hi,
My name is Yvonne and I have been with Baby Miracles for over four years. I would like to share my experience with you. I have been a surrogate three times; although each time was different, I enjoyed each one. Each time I delivered twins. Let me tell you that I think I was more blessed than my couples (even thought I know they were blessed by the look on their faces). I'm the Support Coordinator for Baby Miracles and I love it.
